Colorful Keto Sheet Pan Chicken

Directions

  1. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 425°F. 

  2. Chop all veggies and keep separate on your cutting board. 

  3. Place two chicken breast in the center of a large sheet pan. Transfer all veggies from the cutting board evenly arranging into a single layer around the chicken breast. 

  4. Drizzle roughly 1/4 to 1/2 cup of olive oil across the chicken and veggies. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. 

  5. Bake at 425˚F for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165˚F. 

  6. Remove from oven, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
