Greek Yogurt Onion Dip

Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté diced onions with coconut oil or evoo for 15 minutes.
Remove onions from heat and let cool.
Combine Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in large bowl.
Fold in cooled diced onions. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
Garnish with thyme.
